Chris Wagner
Chris is a self-driven entrepreneur who has navigated multiple stages of the value chain across a wide range of industries, with a relentless focus on building and scaling businesses. His journey began in 2009 with an e-commerce business run from a website he built in his dorm room, funded by restoring early Ford Broncos and Jeep CJ7s. In 2011 he launched Nutrakey, a dietary supplement brand that remains in the market today, and in 2019 he pivoted into contract manufacturing.
Today, as CEO of MacroCap Labs, Chris oversees four facilities in Central Florida and more than 280 team members, on track to produce more than 250 million units in 2026.
He founded MNRL Logistics / MNRL Freight on a carrier/brokerage strategy: a carrier-owned freight company with its own trucks and drivers, a national brokerage and trailer pools, all powered by MNRL One TMS. Owning the assets gives shippers dependable capacity; the brokerage gives them reach coast to coast.
